Product Description

Base material shall be 1‑mm‑thick 201 LH stainless steel. Its yield strength shall surpass 1050 MPa, tensile strength shall be above 1350 MPa, and the tensile load capacity of welding joints shall be no less than 21 kN.
Insulation coating shall satisfy UL94‑V0 flame‑retardant classification requirement.
Finished components shall be free from surface cracks, stains and other visual or structural imperfections.
Insulation layer shall withstand 3500 V DC for 60 seconds with leakage current kept within 1 mA; under 1000 V DC condition, insulation resistance shall reach minimum 500 MΩ.
For dimensions without specified tolerance values, comply with GB/T 1804‑m; unmarked geometric positional tolerances shall follow GB/T 1184‑K provisions.
All manufactured parts shall conform fully to dimension values shown on drawing marks.
